Welcome to Nansensgade62. When you are shopping on our webshop, you are automatically accepting our terms & conditions. 
Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.
All prices are shown in €.
All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe
All orders shipped to countries outside Europe is priced without the Danish VAT.
Prices do not include delivery charges.
Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.
With purchases above 200€, please send us an email, and we will accomodate a reasonable total price.
All orders will be dispatched on mondays, and therefore you will receive your item within 5-10 working days from the time you place your order. 

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
You will receive a tracking number by e-mail send directly from the courier.
The delivery may be at a pick-up, if available in your country.
We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Please note that postal fees are approximate, as they can vary depending on weight and destination.
We accept returns and exchanges. According to Danish law you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item in its original unused condition. The invoice received by mail must be included with every return.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Please use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.
Please contact us by e-mail: and we will try to accommodate your complaint within reason. Please attach your order confirmation number, images of the claim and a description.
Depending on the claim you will get a refund or a payment return.

3. Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
4. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, you will be send a refund or we will transfer the amount to your account.
5. If you wish to get a payment return you will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased.
6. Returns are at your own expense but you are more than welcome to stop by our office on the address mentioned above and deliver your package.
(Monday – Friday 09.00-15.00).
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost in shipping back. 
For your own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.

Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at our webshop is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care. 

The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.
For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the leading standard in transferring information to process your orders. 

Your data will be submitted exclusively to the Danish manager of payment card transactions, PBS.
We guarantee the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.

Please note that errors can occur regarding information on the site.
This includes errors on price-information so forth these are caused by direct and indirect technical and/or IT-related faults.
